Our Policy is here to protect you. Please read everything carefully.

These Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made.


Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, you must call us at 1-866-343-0020 or send us an email stating that you would like to cancel it. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not entered the shipping process. "Shipping Process" can mean it was picked and prepared to ship from our warehouse or that the item(s) you have ordered has left the manufacturer's warehouse and it is on the way to be delivered to our warehouse. Once it is picked and ready to ship from the manufacturer it can not be cancelled without paying a restocking fee. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited. If your order has entered the shipping process (either shipping to you, or ordered from a 3rd party that cannot stop the shipment), then you may not cancel an order. You may not cancel without a restocking fee.

All orders are considered open and active until you receive a cancellation number confirming that the order was canceled.

Damaged Items

Inspect all merchandise as soon as you receive it. If the product you received appears to be damaged from the outside or if you discover any damage while the driver is there, you should mark such damage on the delivery receipt and/or bill of landing. The driver must write down next to your signature, that the items are being accepted, but they are damaged. If your item was shipped via UPS or FedEx, call them to report a damaged item.

All damaged items must be reported within 3 days from when the package is received. If not reported within 3 days, we cannot assume any responsibility for the defect. After the 3 day period you may contact the shipper/provider for further information.

If the product you received has manufacturing defects, contact us within 48 hours and we will get the item replaced or fixed. If you just want to return the defective item a restocking fee will apply.

If an item has been installed, it cannot be returned. 24HourDecor.com is merely a reseller and does not warranty any products, although most manufacturers warranty their products. (All warranties will be honored by the respective manufacturer.) We will assist you as much as possible in dealing with a manufacturer with any warranty issues.

Delivery Times

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. 24HourDecor.com is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. To make sure about the lead time on the item, please call or email us to check your items. Although we attempt to notify any customer of a normal then usual lead time please feel free to call our Customer Service dept with any questions. We do not process orders during weekends. We do not guarantee same-day shipping.

Expedited Shipping

If you would like to expedite your order and rush deliver a product, please call our Sales Department to inquire about product lead time and availability. If an item is in stock, it will usually ship within 2-3 days. Alternatively we may be able to have it shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If it is not in stock, we will be able to ship it as soon as it becomes available, or we can arrange to have it delivered to you as soon as we receive it. Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES 24HOURDECOR.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. 24HOURDECOR.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. 24HOURDECOR.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT 24HOURDECOR.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Although we provide guaranteed order security, 24HourDecor.com understands if some customers would prefer not to use their credit cards online. That's why our customer service representatives are available to personally handle your credit card transactions by phone at 1-866-343-0020, Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm (EST). They can even assist you in making arrangements for Certified Bank Check or Money Order payments using postal mail. If you send a Certified Bank Check or Money Order, your order will be processed immediately.

The majority of our products are special order items, therefore your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

Price Matching

If you see a product listed on another website at a lower price than ours, we will attempt to match the price and provide you with the lowest total price for the product.

We require proof of the price we are competing against. Fax the advertisement or other paperwork documenting our competitor's price to 1-866-343-0098. If you would like, you can also email us the URL of the item you want us to match, here.

The notice should clearly identify the product, the price, the vendor, and the date the price is valid. We will evaluate these requests on a case by case basis, taking into account FREE SHIPPING and other value-added services that we offer.

Please note that price matching can not be combined with other offers or rebates.

Pricing/Typographical Errors

Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing and/or information. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, 24HourDecor.com cannot honor incorrect prices or typographical errors. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. At that time the customer will have the option to go through with the order and the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.

Sale Pricing

If an item(s) was purchased at a non-sale price, we cannot honor any future sales prices.

Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at 24HourDecor.com, except for orders being delivered within New York. New York deliveries are charged 8.375% state sales tax which is calculated during checkout. Under certain special circumstances 24HourDecor.com will pay the State taxes for the customer.

Shipping & Handling

Items shipped outside the Continental USA may be charged additional handling fees. 24HourDecor.com is not responsible for any applicable taxes for International Shipping.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • All orders will be subject to a $7.95 processing fee
  • Handling fees will apply to heavy/oversized items where indicated
  • On all items that offer Free Shipping & Handling, it is only provided within the Continental USA
  • Freight delivery is curbside only and does not include lift gate. To arrange for lift gate delivery please call 1-866-343-0020
  • All deliveries will be "No Signature Required" unless you specify otherwise (an additional charge will apply)

All orders that are to be shipped out of the Continental United States will be subject to an additional shipping charge. The customer will be notified of the amount and the order will not be completed until we receive confirmation. This includes all International orders, and all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Our Delivery Service takes special care of your product from the factory directly to your home. The shipping costs associated with your order, is for standard curbside delivery ONLY. This type of service is least expensive and does not guarantee delivery to your door, but instead requires your assistance to off-load the item(s). Inside delivery and assembly are not included. This option in available for an additional cost
